Away for the summer, or up north for a few months? Jimmy checks on your Lee County home twice a month, walks every room, and sends you a short photo report, all for a small, flat monthly fee.

If Jimmy finds something, he calls you first. Nothing is done without your OK, and any repair he can take care of comes with a written price before he starts. Access, visit days and your contact list are agreed in writing before you leave.

How much does home watch cost?

What happens if something is wrong?
Jimmy calls you right away with photos. Nothing is done without your OK, and anything he can fix himself gets a written price first.
Can Jimmy work on my list while I’m away?
Yes. Many owners have the list done while they’re gone, so the house is ready when they get back. Access and updates are agreed in writing.
