Use of this website
This site provides information about our home repair and finish work, and lets you contact us, request a written price and book a call. You agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information in any form you submit.
Information, pricing and scope
Service descriptions on this site are general information. Prices mentioned on this site, such as “most repairs start around”, are typical figures, not quotes. Every job is priced in a written price that lists the work, the materials, the total and the dates, and the work is performed under that written price. Changes are priced in writing and approved by you before they are made. Submitting a form does not by itself book any work.
Shorewise Home Services performs home repair and finish work. We do not perform work that requires a building permit, and we will tell you if any part of your project does.
Intellectual property
The content, photographs, branding and design of this site belong to Shorewise Home Services LLC and may not be reused without permission.
Text messaging terms
Shorewise operates a text-messaging program for people who ask us about home repair work. It is a two-way conversational program between a homeowner and our business; it is not a broadcast list, and we do not buy, rent or import phone numbers. Every number we message was given to us by the person who owns it.
By checking either optional consent box on our contact form or text messaging page, you agree to receive text messages from Shorewise (Shorewise Home Services LLC) at the number you provided. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Both boxes are optional and unchecked by default, and each one controls only its own message type.
Transactional and informational messages — sent if you check the first box:
- replies to your requests
- appointment reminders for walkthroughs and advisor calls
- written price updates
- scheduling updates, including changes, and job-day messages
Promotional and marketing messages — sent only if you separately check the second box:
- seasonal home care reminders
- Shorewise news and updates
You may receive both message types, one, or neither — it depends entirely on which boxes you checked. Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shorewise Home Services LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this website.
